This one is discounted separately because of the limited stretch. I don't know if I was sent the wrong thing or what. Its very pretty but not super stretchy.
1/4 cut = 1 quantity. If you order more it will be continuous.

Items are shipped out via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size with tracking and insurance. We are happy to combine multiple retail orders and will refund shipping cost overages if there are any.
