Damages and issues
We try very hard to have all RETAIL orders shipped out within 7 days. Custom orders can take up to two weeks (such as sublimated mugs, pouches, etc and the thermal stickers). If you have any issues please contact us ASAP so we can help.
Items are shipped out via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size with tracking and insurance. We are happy to combine multiple retail orders and will refund shipping cost overages if there are any.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days to let us know of a problem so we can begin the return process. Returned items must be in new, unwashed condition. Thank you!
