Earrings are hypoallergenic, and nickel free, making them safe for those with sensitive skin...yay!
We seal our earrings with a clear matte finish, however they are not waterproof. Remove prior to showering, swimming, etc. To clean, wipe gently with a dry cloth.
All earrings are handmade, therefore no two pairs will be identical. Pictured examples are actual earrings made in our shop, though slight color changes may appear depending on your monitor resolution.
**Earrings will arrive ready to display, on earring cards featuring the Sona Studio logo, and hypoallergenic information (lead and nickel free). We do NOT list our website on the earring cards. We leave this off to encourage your customers to continue to purchase our products directly through your business. **

SHIPPING
We try very hard to have all RETAIL orders shipped out within 7 days. Custom orders can take up to two weeks (such as sublimated mugs, pouches, etc and the thermal stickers). If you have any issues please contact us ASAP so we can help.

Items are shipped out via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size with tracking and insurance. We are happy to combine multiple retail orders and will refund shipping cost overages if there are any.
RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days to let us know of a problem so we can begin the return process. Returned items must be in new, unwashed condition. Thank you!
